They were very personal, and professional and always arrived when they said that they would. I had a vision in mind, I expressed My desires and they made our dream come true. We had a deadline that we wanted and they exceeded it! Jermaine built a roof over our stone patio behind our garage. It came out beautiful and he was a pleasure to work with. He let us know when he'd be here and came on time. Jermaine did a very beautiful job adding on a deck extension to my home. I was very impressed by his professionalism, creativity and efficiency. He presented me with fresh, new ideas of how to work around a shed door that would have been blocked by the deck. No other contractors have taken the time to suggest a work around that was affordable and made sense. I'll definitely be using him for any future projects on my home and have recommended him to others who need work done. Update: I hired Jermaine and his team to do a second job on my home remodeling my kitchen and it was the best choice I could have made. I had gotten estimates before from big chains like Home Depot and Express Kitchens but neither of them knew how to deal with placing cabinets on a tricky wall that partially extended out into the garage off the kitchen. They also kept telling me it would be too difficult to remove a load-bearing wall that separated my kitchen and dining room. Jermaine was able to quickly analyze how we could fix both to give me an open floor plan. He worked diligently with me to ensure I was able to choose everything I wanted from cabinet colors, grout colors, paint, flooring, lighting, etc. He also worked cooperatively and extremely patiently with an electrician I chose who eventually had to be replaced due to his lack of professionalism. This was a huge job that involved moving my sink, stove and appliances to new locations, replacing a sliding door with French doors, as well as putting in a window above the sink. Jermaine did an excellent job updating me what he was doing every step of the way. He pays very close attention to details and even customized my kitchen with a built in wine rack between my cabinets and a dish drying rack in the cabinet above the kitchen sink. I 'm very pleased with his work and now I have my dream kitchen! If you're looking for someone who has great problem solving abilities, is detail oriented, works efficiently and will find ways to save you money whenever possible, I'd highly recommend Jermaine for the job.
